We want you to love your Azazel Audio plugins. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
2. Request a refund directly, or contact Paddle support from that page.
3. You can also reach out to Azazel Audio and we'll help coordinate with Paddle.

After a refund

Once your refund is approved, your licence for the refunded product is deactivated and the software should no longer be used. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

Free products

Free plugins (such as VisualComp 2) are provided at no charge, so no refund is applicable.
