  • Order data: email address, licence keys, and order history associated with your purchases. Payment card details are handled by Paddle and never touch our servers.

  • Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar telemetry from your visits to the website.

3. Why we use your data (purposes & legal basis)

  • Provide the service — create your account, deliver purchased software, issue licence keys (contract performance).
  • Customer support — respond to your inquiries (legitimate interests / contract performance).
  • Security & fraud prevention — protect the service and our users (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
  • Product improvement — understand usage and improve our software and site (legitimate interests).
  • Legal compliance — comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

  • Paddle — our Merchant of Record for all sales. Paddle handles payments, billing, tax compliance, invoicing, subscription management, and refunds. See Paddle's privacy policy.
  • Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and support tooling providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, or similar advisers where necessary.

We do not sell your personal data.
